Use Silikomart’s silicone half sphere mould to create elegant sponges, mousses and semifreddo desserts. Once ready, carefully pop the desserts from the mould to reveal a perfectly round surface. Then it’s time to get creative! Glaze the half spheres with a fruit gel, or pour over melted chocolate. Or just simply dust with cocoa powder for a beautiful finish.

This mould has a capacity of 80ml.

This mould is dishwasher safe and can be used in the oven, microwave and freezer.

Why choose silicone?

Silicone bakeware offers many advantages over stainless steel:

• Silicone offers greater stability and thermal resistance in comparison to metal moulds.
• Every mould is flexible – if it’s bent, it’ll regain its shape.
• The flexible design makes the moulds easy to store in even the smallest – and cluttered – of spaces.
• You can use silicone cookware up to temperatures of 230°C.
• Compared to metal and glass, silicone is virtually unbreakable!
• The moulds are easy to clean and dishwasher safe.

About Silikomart

Italian-based Silikomart creates high-quality silicone moulds that make elegant patisserie. From éclairs to chocolate truffles and macarons, they combine eye-catching designs with precise production. This is bakeware you can trust to give you perfect results with every use.

Each silicone mould is treated by a thermal process lasting between 6-7 hours. This removes any potentially toxic residue. The post-curing process burns off the remaining chemicals, giving you an odourless, BPA-free mould to use time and time again.

All Silikomart products come in compostable packaging. They come with a certificate of authenticity.
