Hot Set of 6 Turkey Lacers, 11cm Baking Supplies & Equipment

Turkey lacers are an essential kitchen tool for trussing poultry before roasting. The set includes six stainless steel trussing pins which can be used with or without cooking twine and in temperatures up to 260°C. Use the steel pins to close the cavity so that both your bird and your stuffing stay moist while it cooks. The lacers are perfect for large birds like turkeys, but can also be used for chicken and duck. Once cooked, the pins can be easily removed so you can carve and serve your bird.

Whether you’re cooking a Sunday roast or a festive feast, these turkey lacers are useful for both amateur and professional chefs. They can be hand-washed after use and reused time after time.

Each trussing pin measures 11cm.
