Hot Mini Wild Boar Salami, 200g Italian Ingredients|Snacks

Enjoy a taste of Tuscany with Salcis mini wild boar salami. Produced near Siena, it’s made with a mix of pork and wild boar meat. Salcis adds garlic, spices and black pepper to enhance its meaty flavour.

The slow curing process gives the salami a firm, succulent texture. Serve it thinly sliced at room temperature to appreciate its complexity. It’s delicious on its own or served as part of a charcuterie board.

This small salami is perfect for picnics and food hampers. Pair it with pillowy focaccia or place a few slices on top of a pizza. If there’s any leftover, you can chop it up to add to a tomato sauce. Toss with pappardelle and top with grated Parmesan.
