Hot 1 Salted Raspberry & Chamomile Alcoholic Wine, 750ml Ingredients Brands|Drinks

NON1 salted raspberry and chamomile wine is a great alternative to sparkling wine – with layers of interesting flavour. Serve this non-alcoholic wine at parties with quality crisps and charcuterie.

NON uses verjus (unripened grape juice) to give the drink a wine-like acidity. We love the tart, fruity flavour of freeze-dried raspberries. Murray River salt adds subtle salinity, while chamomile gives it a smooth, floral finish.

Bold and refreshing, this zero proof wine will delight dinner guests. Pair it with cured meats, salads and dishes with a citrus flavour. It’s a great match for creamy desserts like cheesecake and crème brûlée.
