Ham Slicing Knife, 28cm Spanish Ingredients|Kitchen Knives

This ham slicing knife is long and slender with a thin, flexible blade. As any jamon enthusiast will know, a knife like this is essential for carving Serrano and Iberico ham.

Use the smooth, stainless steel blade to carve paper-thin slices of your favourite Spanish jamon. This is the best way to appreciate its flavour as the delicate fat will simply melt on your tongue. Hand-carved Iberico ham is guaranteed to impress your foodie friends, especially when it’s served with pan con tomate and chilled cava.

A traditional jamonero, or wooden carving stand, is also available to complete your ham carving set.

The blade measures 28cm. Wash the knife by hand and dry before storing.
