Gourmet Quince Paste, 240g Spanish Ingredients|Jam, Honey & Spreads

Quince paste, also known as membrillo, is a sweet and tangy preserve for cheese and charcuterie boards. The firm, jelly-like paste can be cut into cubes or thin slices to layer with cheese on crackers. Its tart and fruity flavour is a perfect match for hard, nutty cheeses like Manchego and Gouda. Quince paste also pairs beautifully with blue cheese and aged goat’s cheese.

Quince paste is delicious with cured meats because its sweet-sour sharpness cuts through their richness. You can also add it to cheese on toast or use it as a filling for tarts and pastries.
