Discount Yuzu Hot Sauce, 60ml Ingredients Brands|Japanese Ingredients

Bakasco’s yuzu hot sauce is warm and spicy with a refreshing citrus tang! The tart yuzu cuts through the fiery chilli pepper for a perfect balance of spice. This is a hot sauce for those who love a combination of sweet and savoury, or zingy notes to cut through heat!

Yuzu is a yellow-green citrus fruit cultivated largely in Japan. It has an intense citrus flavour and a gentle floral note, and is likened to a lemon crossed with a wild mandarin. The contrast to the warmth of chilli means it works beautifully in hot sauce.

Enjoy this Yuzu hot sauce drizzled over tacos or barbecued meat and vegetable skewers. Yuzu is enjoyed frequently in Asian cooking – try this sauce in fried rice, on top of steamed bao buns or as an alternative dipping sauce for dumplings.
