Discount Silicone Mini Financier Mould, 20 Financiers Italian Ingredients|Baking Supplies & Equipment

Silikomart’s silicone mini financier mould bakes bite-sized almond sponges as seen in French bakeries. This flexible mould – with shallow loaf shape design – gives you uniform results every time. To use the mould, pipe or pour in your batter, then bake until golden. Once ready, carefully pop the sponge from the mould. The result? A nutty cake with a light crumb and a crisp and golden crust. Enjoy the financiers as they are, or decorate with chocolate ganache and chopped nuts.

This mould comes with a complementary recipe in the form of a QR code. Simply scan with your smartphone to reveal!

This mould is dishwasher safe and can be used in the oven, microwave and freezer.

Why choose silicone?

Silicone bakeware offers many advantages over stainless steel:

• Silicone offers greater stability and thermal resistance in comparison to metal moulds.
• Every mould is flexible – if it’s bent, it’ll regain its shape.
• The flexible design makes the moulds easy to store in even the smallest – and cluttered – of spaces.
• You can use silicone cookware up to temperatures of 230°C.
• Compared to metal and glass, silicone is virtually unbreakable!
• The moulds are easy to clean and dishwasher safe.

About Silikomart

Italian-based Silikomart creates high-quality silicone moulds that make elegant patisserie. From éclairs to chocolate truffles and macarons, they combine eye-catching designs with precise production. This is bakeware you can trust to give you perfect results with every use.

Each silicone mould is treated by a thermal process lasting between 6-7 hours. This removes any potentially toxic residue. The post-curing process burns off the remaining chemicals, giving you an odourless, BPA-free mould to use time and time again.

All Silikomart products come in compostable packaging. They come with a certificate of authenticity.
