Clearance Stainless Steel Rice Paddle with Wooden Handle Chinese Ingredients|Kitchen Tools & Utensils

A rice paddle is a large flat spoon used to serve rice. In Japan, it’s known as ashamoji. It’s used to fluff the cooked rice and scoop it onto plates and bowls.

This rice paddle is made from durable stainless steel. It has a wooden handle that stays cool while you cook. The flat edge makes it easy to cut and scoop portions of rice.

Use your rice paddle to mix vinegar into sticky sushi rice. You can also use it to pat rice into small bowls. Turn them out onto a plate to make restaurant-style rice mounds. It’s a fun way to serve rice with curries and stir fries.
