Clearance Girouette Cheese & Chocolate Scraper Kitchen Knives

Create cheese or chocolate curls with the Swissmar girouette scraper. It’s the kitchen accessory you never knew you needed. The delicate rosettes are a beautiful garnish for cheese boards and dessert platters.

This type of scraper is traditionally used with a Swiss cheese called Tête de Moine. The cheese is mounted onto the wooden base and the scraper removes a layer from the top. The result is eye-catching cheese ‘flowers’ that melt in the mouth. Use them to garnish all kinds of dishes and grazing boards.

The scraper works equally well with chocolate, creating elegant garnishes for desserts. Arrange a mixture of white and dark chocolate curls on top of cakes and tarts.

The transparent plastic dome keeps cheese and chocolate fresh until the next use. You can store it in your fridge to keep the contents cool.

The girouette scraper set includes:

• Sturdy wooden base with metal grips
• Metal shaft and grating knife
• Metal chocolate mould
• Plastic dome to keep cheese and chocolate fresh
• Instruction manual
