Best Yuzu & Timut Pepper Spheres, 250g Ingredients Brands|French Ingredients

Add these Yuzu and Timut pepper spheres to cocktails, oysters and Asian seafood dishes. Pale yellow in colour, the pearls have a fruity flavour somewhere between lime and tangerine, with a hint of tongue-tingling spice. Try adding them to a sake martini or a zesty lemon dessert.

Enjoy molecular gastronomy at home – no spherification tools required! Innovative French chef Christine Le Tennier has created a range of beautifully coloured and flavoured pearls to complement any dish. Likened to caviar, the flavour pearls are luxurious spheres of juice encased in a fine gel which bursts in the mouth.
