Best Maldon Everyday Santoku Knife, 16cm Kitchen Knives

This santoku knife will quickly become a favourite in your kitchen. It’s a versatile all-rounder with an ultra-sharp steel blade.

Santoku knives are the Japanese version of a Western chef’s knife. They’re great for slicing, dicing and mincing. Everyday meal prep will be done in record time!

The handle is made from waste plastic from Maldon sea salt containers. The octagonal shape and mint green colour make it a beautiful addition to your table. No two handles are the same, so each knife has its own unique pattern.

Note: The blade has a very thin edge and is not suitable to cut through bones or frozen food. Please store in appropriate knife storage, like blocks, knife rolls or or knife rails.
