Drizzle Hacienda el Palo extra virgin olive oil over salads and tapas dishes. Produced in Andalusia, it’s made with picual olives harvested in late October. The olives are picked at peak ripeness to create a fruity, flavourful oil.

Hacienda el Palo Premium Picual Extra Virgin Olive Oil is available in two sizes:

• 500ml (gift box)
• 5L tin

This Spanish olive oil is smooth and full-bodied with a pleasant bitter note. You will notice aromas of almond, olive leaf, tomato and artichoke. Serve it in small bowls as a dip for toasted bread. It’s the ideal way to experience its intense flavour.

Create tangy dressings and delicious marinades with this premium olive oil. Thanks to its high smoke point, it’s also ideal for frying fish and roasting vegetables. You can use it to sauté potatoes or cook onions for a Spanish omelette.

Hacienda el Palo premium olive oil is a fantastic addition to your pantry. It also makes a great gift for cooks and Spanish food lovers.
